AVTR ChronyPhony turns every journey, shift change, or training block into a structured project — destination timelines, phased recovery strategies, and a running archive of what actually worked last time.
Every gauge below maps to something you can actually do inside the app — no vague promises, just the planning tools frequent flyers, athletes, and remote professionals need.
Create a dedicated project per trip, complete with destination timelines and a phased recovery strategy built around your actual departure and arrival times.
Keep detailed records of past adjustments — what your body needed for each route — so the next similar trip starts from experience, not guesswork.
Track how consistently you're holding to your adjusted schedule, and log daily observations as your body settles into the new rhythm.
Line up different planning approaches side by side and see which recovery strategy actually got you adapted faster.
Check destination and origin clocks at a glance, with productivity logs to track when you're actually at your sharpest.
Visual reports on adaptation progress, planning coverage, and long-term scheduling patterns — so improvement is something you can see, not just feel.
Set the time difference between where you are and where you're headed. The dial estimates how many days of gradual adjustment your schedule will need, and which direction to shift it.
Travelling east across 6 hours generally calls for a delay-based approach: push sleep and meal times later in small increments before departure, then hold steady on arrival. Expect full adaptation to take about 4–6 days — log it as a project to compare against your next trip.
We're the small team behind AVTR ChronyPhony — built for people whose bodies keep crossing lines the calendar doesn't draw. Frequent flyers, athletes chasing early call times, consultants living out of three cities a month: anyone whose internal clock needs a plan, not just a hope.
Our mission is simple — turn the guesswork out of adjusting to a new schedule. Jet lag, shift changes, altered training hours: they're all the same problem in disguise, and they respond well to structure. We built the tool we wished existed the first time a nine-hour time difference wrecked a week of travel.
Inside the app, every trip becomes its own project: destination timelines, phased recovery strategies, and a route archive you can return to before the next departure. Track routine consistency, log how you're actually feeling, compare planning scenarios, and let the built-in analytics show you what's really working.
🌅 Land ready. Adapt on your terms.
AVTR ChronyPhony was built on one principle: your travel history, your recovery notes, and your personal schedule are yours alone. This policy explains, plainly, what that means in practice.
None. AVTR ChronyPhony does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, location, or device identifiers. There is no analytics tracking embedded in the app. Every project, timeline, checklist, and note you create exists only on your device.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, or sold. Every function — destination timelines, phased recovery strategies, routine tracking, scenario comparisons, and interactive analytics — runs entirely on your device, using only the data you've entered there.
All data — your journey projects, route archives, recovery libraries, planning templates, checklists, destination notes, and productivity logs — is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote server, and no backup transmitted anywhere by us.
AVTR ChronyPhony contains no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs of any kind. What you build inside the app stays inside the app.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no server-side breach risk from us. Your data's security is a function of your own device security, and we design the app to minimize any unnecessary exposure or background activity.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13, because we do not collect data from any user at all. AVTR ChronyPhony is designed to be COPPA-friendly by design, not by exception.
You are always in full control of your information. Since everything lives locally, deleting the app deletes your data. There are no accounts to close and no backups held anywhere by us to request or erase.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any revision will carry a new effective date at the top of this page, so you can always see when it last changed.
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@avtrchronyphonyapp.com.
